Any party either Virtualtouchporotech.com or the client can cancel the contract by giving a 30 days prior written notice to each other.
If our employee’s performance not adequate or you are not happy with our work, we will offer you a full refund.
We will charge employees on pro-rata basis if they will not work on a satisfactory level.
If you want you can change or replace the employee if you are not happy with his/her work without any extra charges.
It is important to note that the above scenarios are only applicable, if you communicate with us within first week of your contract, if we do not receive any complaint or feedback within a week from your side in such scenarios you have to pay the first payment as we discuss and we require a 15 days prior notice to terminate the services.
